Location: Pancoran

The existing house is an aged tropical colonial house, located in Pancoran. The exterior renovation focuses on modernising the house. It was done by introducing natural/tropical materials to the site. All additional elements are of stone and wood to bring forward the tropical aspect while stripping down the existing old details. However, a minimal amount of colonial language are still kept to continue the old architectural language preserving the identity of the original house.
