Location: Tanjung Uncang, Batam

Built on steel structure, the interior showcase the beams and columns as the highlight of the space. To maximise the area, the plan was opened up to create generous and flexible working space. Minimal amount of partitions were installed to separate the public from the semi private area.

The rooms are designed with neutral material and color with a pop of bold color to bring each room identity and more relax atmosphere.
